Virtual coaching is offered via the free video conferencing software, Zoom. When you book the Initial Coaching Package, I will send you simple instructions prior to our session.
Please tell me a little bit about yourself when booking-- share your struggles, what you hope to achieve and anything else you'd like me to be aware of before we meet. The Initial Coaching Session is 60 minutes with the option to add ongoing follow-ups as needed (these are 30 minutes). After we talk, I will create a detailed Action Plan for you with a summary of our findings, useful resources and specific accountability steps to help guide you going forward.
